A Smarter Approach to Short & Mid-Term Rentals in Arizona 

One of the best shared accommodation AirBnb stays that we've had. Mark & Kim are excellent hosts and very open-minded people. They not only opened their home to us but also made sure to let us know that we were welcome in all of the shared spaces at any time. Mark was very personable and friendly. I got into Arizona much earlier than check-in and they had my room/bathroom ready early and were so accommodating to me. The room smelled so nice. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was just a nice fresh clean smell that was coming from the linens and blankets. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. I have to sleep with a very cold temperature so being able to adjust the temp of my room was really important for me. 

I had an exceptional stay at Mark's Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, they went above & beyond to make me feel welcome. They allowed me to check in & out early, which made my trip so much smoother.

The room was spotless, comfortable & exactly as described. First-class accommodation in every way. I had my own dedicated bathroom & personal temperature control, which made the stay even more comfortable & private. There were thoughtful touches like snacks, bottled water & even cozy electric candles that made the space feel extra relaxing.

Mark is a very pleasant host! His home is the real deal. Very clean, organized, warm, and welcoming. He was very attentive and showed us around his home and was nice to say we can use anything we wanted. He was so welcoming and warm towards my friends. I enjoyed my stay and it was home away from home. Temperature was great and room was perfect size, space, and homey. I wont think twice to book with him next time.
