Rates are not published because each property is unique. After an initial consultation, we evaluate your property, the type of rental (short- or mid-term), and the platforms you want to list on — whether a single platform like Airbnb or multiple platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Furnished Finder.
